They want you to get online and download local application forms for passport. Have you seen the status of those forms?
here's a peek....take note of the renewal (http://www.guyanapoliceforce.org/PassRenewal.pdf) that has one serial number and how they made corrections on the instructions forms (http://www.guyanapoliceforce.org/PassInstructions.pdf) with a scratches using a pen...lol

I agree with you the stations and website are a mess an then the government say the putting millions sorry billions into law enforcement what a laugh we are just below standard with our no good website and stations we must no blame the people who work in these place because what are they to do about it the have no other choice the better keep there mouth shut.We talk about workers right all the time when I say we I mena guyanses and look at the condition our officers have to work in it not fair maybe you should write about the job situation It is just bad just today i met a taxi driver who say he had a degree in socila work but no job for him he make 7 G on the road a day more than when some of us make a week or even a month this madness.

i totally agree wit u on this, the website and e forms are poor just a perfect example of the people that have to "protect" us...
Well I was at the internet to get the form and they gave me a renewal. T tell them the thing too light and they say I got to take it just so. so i told the young lady to darken it i will go and she did. u know when i got there them blasted immigration officers tell me it too dark...even tho i told them i couldnt see it when it was so light. i even told them about the serial number. the officer quickly hushed me up and asked me if i came to renew my passport or query a form.. well i tell ya
Much has been done by the government to improve the services, as well as crime fighting ability of the GPF. The availability of passport forms on the internet is quite a new initiative by the Immigration Dept of the GPF, hence, all will not be perfect.
